Phone interview was very forward and questions were not difficult to answer. Interview lasted about 30 mins or so and didnt feel to long winded. With good preperation this should be an easy step for any to pass.

Mine is 3 rounds. Received a phone screen a month after I submitted the application. A week later, 1 vs 1 video interview with the team manager. Then the final round with VP two weeks later. Both manager and VP were very nice in introducing the team I would be working with, the company culture and employee benefit. It was more like a conversation that they were trying to know more about you. I had to chase up constantly with the recruiter for the decision the following one month after the final interview and I was even wondering if I got ghosted. It would be better if I can receive a formal rejection letter or an updated timeline of the hiring process, but I understand they are busy recruiting multiple positions at the same time.
