      Application

The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (London, England)

      Interview

Applied for role as marketing graduate. Received invitation for a video interview which recorded responses to five questions related to the role and why I liked the organisation. They got back fairly quickly and said I was I invited to their assessment day at headquarters. Interview was a group format with 16 other applicants. Our first task was to find something our whole group had in common and something that was unique to each of us. It then went straight into a group project where we were split into groups of 4 and tasked with creating a 360 marketing campaign surrounding one of three Adidas trainers. We were given 50 minutes to prepare and then 10 to present with 5 minutes of questions. The next task was to give a 1 minute presentation answering the four questions listed below. I don't believe my presentation was that well rehearsed nor did it fit in the time limit which in reflection was probably quite important. The interviews were followed by a tour of the building and then a prolonged wait that made everyone very nervous. We were then split into three groups, where my group was told they'd failed to make it through to the next stage. I didn't really feel like the right fit in the end and was happy enough that someone else would get the job. Whole interview was very pleasant with friendly employees/ free lunch/ enjoyable tasks. Only slight issues were that we were left to wait as a group a few times which got increasingly nervous, and at one point I found an employee hiding behind a pillar listen to our group's conversation which was justifiably awkward.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at adidas (Stockport, England) in Feb 2018

      Interview

It was a long drawn out process, however there were a large number of applicants for the role. Application, Video Interview, Assessment Day (shortlisting at lunch), Interview. Assessment day was in front of a panel of different teams across the business, everyone was very friendly and the group tasks weren't too challenging.
