I applied online on the company's website. After 2 weeks, I received an invitation email to a phone interview with the direct Manager. He is very nice and friendly. Firstly he introduced himself and told in detail about the position I applied for, the tasks and the team. Then he asked me questions (mainly common interview questions) related to my education, previous experience, technical skills, my motivation ... I was so worried and could not answer fluently, which could be the main reason why I missed that opportunity.
