First interview with the HR manager just to double check if I am not stupid or retarded, just basic questions related to my CV.
Second interview with the director of the department asking me more technical questions related to the purchasing department and questions about things I can do or not and why I choice adidas to be working, pretty good conversation for around 30min.
Third interview was at Adidas headquarter in Germany, in a very different approach with a room like a coffee shop with a good atmosphere and asked me to do a case study about my job, they asked me to make a graphic of my life and show where I was in which stage, so I did and present the study case that they provided me 2 days in advance.
Pretty difficult case study to be honest and 2 days was kind of not enough to do that, if you get there get ready because is not easy.
