I applied online, sent in my resume, took the competency exam and waited a good month before I got a call. I went in for a group interview (just one other applicant) and the team lead asked just a few questions. He called two days later to say I was welcome to come in and start training.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
