I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at adidas
Interview
Very efficient, fast response, interviewer was friendly, wanted to know more about background, hobbies, you as a person. no competency-based questions, they just want to know you better as a person and see if you are a fit for the role. having an exercise inclination is a plus. one on one interview, very quick about 15 minutes. HR called back within 2 days to offer.

Interview
Pretty long, applied beginning February and only got an interview with the hiring managers late april-beginning may. I had a case study which i had 48 hours to complete. It was stressfu with all the preparation given how long the wait from the virtual interview and the in-real life internship. The managers were really nice and welcoming. Overall, I had 2 rounds of interview.
