Everything in the process made it sound like you would be in a one on one interview, but it was a group interview with several 'candidates' all showing up together to interview for the same position.

What is one reason you chose to apply with Adidas?
Straight forward in your previous experience. First round HR, then second round is your line manager. Final round is senior management. Friendly and serious. Not long for each session if they deem you fit.
HR interview first, then case study with hiring manager and peers from the team you would work with. Finally, interview with Lead or Head of the department you would work with
