Interview
3-round interview. First round is considered as introductory, on the second round you are supposed to seek for information about some particular pair of shoes and present it to an interviewer. Final one is an online conference with the manager of the store.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
