I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at adidas in Sept 2019
Interview
First interview as intro call with basic questions such as "why Adidas" and the promise to get back in a week. After three weeks got an email with negative feedback.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at adidas (Amsterdam)
Interview
The process started with an HR call and afterward a call with the team and then a case study follows up. For me there were a lot of red flags;
- Process took more than 2 months.
- HR call started with mentioning how chaotic the company at this moment.
- Before case study, I have been told it is the final stage but there was an additional surprise interview step indeed.
- Little to no feedback even though you spent a lot of time on the process.
- It takes three emails to get a response and communication is so poor. Mostly no response at all.
Lastly, I have been asked to have another step after the case study but got a response from HR something was wrong with the case study. When I asked why did I got an invite for a step after then they don't know why.
Personal Opinion: If you would like to have a peaceful state of mind during the process and feel valued then don't go for it.
