Interview
1, apply online. 2. Invited to complete some tests and questions which take around an hour not challenging if you have customer service experience, just general scenarios. 3. Invited to an assessment/interview currently 1-2-1 interview which last around 30/40 minutes. They do sometimes hold group assessment days. 4. Job offer via email 1-3 days after. 5. You are placed into a holding pool if you are successful and will be phoned with a training date normally a few months away.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at easyJet (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
