At T-Tech, we're looking for a Halo Analyst / Platform Champion who is passionate about transforming service operations through automation, AI, and continuous improvement. This is not a traditional support role – it's an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical platform, shape its future direction, and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
You'll be the internal champion for Halo PSA, working closely with stakeholders across Service Desk, Operations, and Service Management to ensure the platform continues to evolve, scale, and deliver value. With the support of external Halo specialists, you'll define the roadmap, prioritise enhancements, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
