Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position will be covering both depots in Mallusk and Maydown.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing as needed.
• Provide support in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns and updating website.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or services
• Assist the sales team with finance proposals and invoicing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
