Roles and opportunities We offer positions across inbound customer service, market research, outbound lead generation, appointment setting, sales development, and specialist areas such as claims handling. Previous experience is helpful but not essential - what matters most is confidence on the phone, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, with training and guidance provided to support progression. Development and support We provide training, coaching and access to an online learning platform with over 65,000 courses.
