Mountains. Snow. Sun. Multi-disciplinary teams, variety of research, advice from all of the world. Feel great to help and contribute in helping people.

Cons

Not the place to work if you are not German speaking, Italian or French. For Non-Europeans it is even worse. It is not the place for people who want to grow in their career, or expand their horizon. If you can put your head down, and just be a highly qualified technician, its good. Can you follow communist ideology, perfect for you. If you are getting employed, ask the turnover of permanent and temp. employees, in their department and group.
