      Don't trust this management team!

      Pros

      Most long term employees still have a good vision for the company, but are pushed to the side and ignored, they "don't accept change"

      Cons

      Senior Leadership Team. They will hire anyone, people who have no ethics, no trust, only know how to bully and threaten their way to the top. No vision for the future, only in it for themselves, or making a name for themselves at Boeing.

      A paycheck and average benefits.

      Cons

      Very serious cronyism and sexism, the most unprofessional environment I've ever experienced. Upper Management is typically promoted based on who they know and who they are dating, not what they know. If you don't 'play' their 'games' you will be ostracized. No place to stay long term and no room for growth.
