Schedule sucks, job satisfaction sucks, inexperienced coworkers, incompetent administration and you will develop issues with friends, family and your health and mental health. Due to policies, inmate population is often out of control.

Low pay. Low class workers. Managers treat you like crap. You only get 34 hours a week. It’s depressing and most of your co workers are working the welfare system
