Nice friendly work environment, various parking options, beautiful neighborhood, work happy hour, and telework.
Cons
Must pay for parking, salary isn’t that great, work is what you make of it, for there are times when there isn’t much to do, or some people keep projects for themselves to work on.

It was a great place to work with great people. The company listened to employees and changed policy if they heard enough employees wanted a change.

Public Service, Office Location, Many co-workers are great people
Cons
Many incompetent and unprofessional people in leadership roles who face zero accountability. Leadership sets unrealistic and unreasonable expectations on most employees. Unhealthy work environments. A lot of wasted taxpayer dollars spent on egos and incompetence. Loyal, devoted and extremely hard working employees are not recognized and often mistreated. Rampant nepotism and cronyism. It is a very toxic place to work.
