Pay is lower than other companies and management absolutely plays favorites

Horrible Management. Everyone is overworked and underpaid, Lorrie Gentes is hands down the worst boss I’ve ever had. Horrible advancement of procedures, horrible outdated platforms. With national guidelines constantly changing and this company constantly being brought out no one knows anything. Horrible pay and no room for upward movement. Avoid at all costs.

Lack of employee recognition and in house promotions.

Low pay, poor services from local health care systems.

At the time undergoing transition to under Anthem was challenging, lots of change; no clear paths for growth

No potential for advancement, pay for your own internet, annual merit increases are less than an additional $1 an hour, given additional tasks without additional recognition or pay, FMLA and STD process is unclear and your given very little assistance,

Pay raise is really pitiful
