High stress stemming from large amount of knowledge, protocols and processes to learn with not enough training and or time given to train. Couple that with call center environment and trying to keep call times, after call work and all of the call statistics in excellent standing if you want pennies for a raise at the end of the year. Grossly underpaid for the work done. Not wort the stress.

Too many to name-- Main one is that management has no training. At all. The ones that move up in ranks typically throw people under the bus, set workers against one another and bully their employees.

You will be micromanaged within an inch of your life. No staff meetings. Managers don’t seem to know what their own team moves are assigned to, managers seem unaware of even basic management good practices. Initial training is good- but things change weekly and all subsequent training is canned PowerPoints or recorded videos without options to ask questions or get feedback . We are not treated as professionals - we are scolded like children. It feels more like a drive through fast food job than anything resembling clinical care.

The Contract ended during training

Dealing with Anthem parent is frustrating - no personal interaction, no training, IT fixes can take over a week. Very frustrating

There is only 19 days PTO, no sick leave or other type of paid time off (new parent leave, I'm not familiar with). PTO is also added per pay period, so you do not start the year with 19 days, you will accumulate them through out the year Values customers, but not employees There is no time for training for your job. I know the technical aspect of my job very well, however since no one is able to train me on the business practices of the job I am still feeling very lost even though I've been working here for over a year.
