    Everyone has a great can do attitude, everyone in the office has been selected carefully to meet the team requirements.

    Cons

    No parking in the city centre, the office is open between 7am - 12am.

    Poor working environment
    No room for progression
    Fake staff members
    Long hours
    Management are all arrogant and show no care for their staff
    Shopfloor staff look down on stock controllers and treat them poorly
    Shopfloor staff are all lazy
    Clearing up after shopfloor staffs mess constantly
    Shopfloor staff get paid too much for what they do
    Stock controllers get pretty much minimum wage

    Find new management who actually have manager qualities
    Reconsider wages

    Somewhat 'creatively' disorganised which can be frustrating. Lots of shouting (passion) too!

    Pros

    Global scope with some challenging international arrangements
    Decent benefit selection
    Office staff can benefit from flexible time arrangements including working from home
    Generous sick pay policy as well as good company maternity/ paternity/ adoption leave
    Living wage employer

    Cons

    Many incompetent staff especially on mid-management level
    Lack of training for new employees
    Big staff turnover due to stressful working environment and lack of progression
    Performance reviews are a joke and a formality. Managers are discouraged from giving all members of their teams good grades, grades are subjective and often based on the personal opinion of the manager about the employee not the quality of work. Performance review doesn't impact career progression.
    Unless you are on a senior level, forget about salary increases or bonuses.
