      Pros

      You have an opportunity to invest in your development significantly. PTO benefits are amazing and generally, it's a great place for WLB.

      Cons

      I don't know anyone person that is Black or Hispanic that feels confident in their ability to move up in the company. The HR department lacks BIPOC leader dramatically and it seems the few they have are leaving in droves. The pay is not fair and leadership will not fix pay discrepancies even when it is blatant. The past few years have been a downturn in how people generally feel working here.
