      Flexibility with scheduling and requesting time off. Free employee meal. Basic food preparation training.

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication. Consistent understaffing. Unclear guidelines and inconsistent application of policies. Poor sanitation and cleanliness. Occupational hazards.
