Pros

My manager allowed for a very flexible schedule for me, and some coworkers voiced their concerns to her, but kept it very friendly with me, resulting in pointless meetings with my boss as she approved it all in the first place. Training is very much learn as you go, as you definitely don't learn the real day to day parts of your job until you're actually in the office working.

Cons

Training could be tailored differently to reflect more than the basic navigations of the system, and include site and or job specific requirements
