Too many people brand new to pharmacy and not enough knowledgeable techs. No accountability for staff. Management does not know how to lead and plays favoritism. They also don’t pay enough and could have much better benefits.

Terrible HR support. Can never find an experienced rep to talk to. Constantly being sent articles and tickets being closed before matters are resolved. HR focuses on helping company not employees. Hard to believe this is a non profit company with the money that CEO and management team makes. No management decisions are about patient. They talk a good game but don’t care about patient or family needs.
