Cons

Same problems as most large health systems Staffing issues Pay is usually slightly less than competition No real advantage or incentive for experienced nurses to stay

Easy to get lost in the larger hospitals as part of this system, treated like a number. Health insurance benefits aren't what they could be for a company that also owns the insurance company.
