Cytel boasts a team of exceptionally intelligent and skilled professionals, including many MDs with deep expertise in their respective fields. However, I found that communication within the company could be improved, sometimes leading to misunderstandings or delays

Cons

I found that the company's reliance on antiquated systems and lack of a proper CRM hindered efficiency and collaboration. This sometimes made it challenging to streamline workflows and maintain optimal communication with stakeholders.
