      Great environment

      Pros

      Nice friendly people, everyone gets on with each other. Staff helps each other out especially young employees.

      Cons

      Not everyone is given the same opportunities, not everyone is felt seen/acknowledged for what they do. Not very much diversity.

      Very accommodating to disabilities and home life

      Pros

      Dunelm has done everything possible to make working with a disability possible for me. I was unable to do the role I originally applied for due to finding it too physically demanding so my role has been changed, my hours are flexible, and reasonable adjustments have been made to make sure I'm comfortable and able to do my job. I feel valued as a member of staff and could not ask for better treatment.

      Some job roles seem understaffed
