      Pros

      Amgen has one of the best benefits package in the industry. Provides good work life balance. Has great organizational culture and people here have very good work ethics.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to fight for what you rightfully deserve in regards to getting promoted. There are many managers without any managerial experience. So they just hover over you all the time. And some managers have very high expectations from their team members while others are pleased with their teams' mediocre work.
