I have worked here for 16 years, since it was Zeneca - before merging with Astra pharmaceuticals. It was a great place to work but with all the coming layoffs it has felt like the "walking dead"....
Cons
Issues with decision making and accountability - matrix type organization and anglo-swedish culture.
