Pros
Was a great company to work for, but lots of recent changes feels like it’s going downhill. Pro is probably the pension.
Cons
Staff and customers no longer priority. Suddenly changed tune about ‘smart working’, not only have they moved the office to a more inconvenient location they also require more office days when meetings are still on teams and staff less productive.
