The day after I completed my assessment, I got an invite to the video interview. Consists of 5 questions, with preparation time of 3 minutes, and two minutes to answer.

Application process was quite straight forward and the portal had a good visualisation of the process. Got rejected after their Situational Strengths test, so I guess I was not really a good fit.

Lots of interviews and tasks that take a huge amount of time to complete. Not worth the effort, I would suggests looking elsewhere for a social media role that would be better suited.

Interviewer was nice and professional. Although I was not able to get the job as my experience did not match what the hiring manager was looking for, they did tell me to be on the lookout for junior-level positions which are coming in the near future.
- Behavioural questions, mostly about experience,

I was interveiwed by 2 people who were very friendly and warm. Part 1 was a strength based interveiw and Part 2 was role-playing talking to a customer on the phone.
- How would you feel working in a group of people with different skills?

Had an interview with a few basic data science questions and had to give a presentation on a topic of my choosing. No communication for 3 weeks, then I received an offer that seemed like a joke. I have experience and an advanced degree, but they still wanted to offer me less than a reasonable amount. They were not even willing to give what was advertised for the job. Not only that, but they don't provide any health insurance, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AN INSURANCE COMPANY. The incredible greed from the hiring manager shows they do not value you as an actual human being. Based on this experience alone, I would advise steering clear of this company. I would only accept their offer if I were extremely desperate, which, thankfully, I wasn't. There was zero willingness to negotiate. Some of the people in the team that interviewed me also didn't seem very advanced in data science/ML, despite their many years of experience. This just illustrates how AVIVA is likely lagging significantly in keeping up with current technology, which is consistent with their willingness to offer pennies.
- What is selection bias. Presentation
