Company prides itself of being a good place to work for minorities but in reality, once you are in the door they will try to force you into this mold. Gender pay gap is real specially for women of color and yet they deny it
Cons
if you try to speak up they will put you into this very draining resolution process that is only there to protect the company and senior management. Basically forcing out of your job. Quiet firing it as it’s best
