Pros
Good benefits package as standard and plenty of optional extras, pretty good working environment provided you don't mind a lot of remote interactions. Very flexible with working requirements and accommodating where possible. Constantly getting feedback from employees
Cons
Exceptionally heavy reliance on outsourcing in some areas, job security is always in question, positions might get swapped out for outsourced contractors. Very slow/negligible career progression without significant pressure on management. They claim to offer constant training and development, and while these are in theory offered, they're not always useful or require hoops to access. Pay is below industry standard, especially if you are just looking at raw salary and not benefits. Management can often end up too "big picture" with a lack of focus on team dynamics and progression. Feedback is not always listened to, or changes from feedback carried out as they can get lost switching between initiatives
