      Benefits including pension is fantastic, plus an above average of annual leave. Solid salaries. Bonus achievable. Rewards good work.

      Cons

      Slow business to operate in, like many financial services. Quite a few "lifers" (e.g. people employed for 15+ years) that no longer add much value.
