      Pros

      Great relocation policy and insurance. Salary is competitive but if you are from an offshore center then you will feel exploited.

      Cons

      Staff Augmentation projects are a growth stopper, as the employee's hard work is seldom represented fairly in the year end review committees. Being a part of a responsible project can be more rewarding.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
