Flexibility of senior management to accommodate genuine employee constraints. Semi blue chip brand in consulting industry, does not harm chances of moving to greener pastures.
Cons
Unclear performance appraisal system. Bell curve approach in appraisals leading to subjective evaluation employee performance by the management. Chaotic integration of Kanbay in the Financial Services vertical, leading to lot of discontent in terms of growth of employees from mother company.
