Talented people to work with for the most part.
Cons
Siloed, cut-throat in sales, very territorial. I was laid off due to COVID, asked to sign a 12 month non-compete in exchange for 6 weeks severance. I did not sign. Capgemini agreed to pay all healthcare costs to the end of the month, they did not and now I am dogged with late payment fees from Capgemini and the healthcare provider. As part of the severance, Capgemini said I had access to a pre-paid recruitment company. The company said Capgemini refuses to approve me for their services. I have tried to work with Capgemini HR to resolve some of these issues and they just refuse since I am an ex-employee. Nice way to treat people.
