Managers/HRs do not care about employees. Only focus is on maintaining status quo and the existing projects. No ambition to get to new projects.
There exists a policy for performance review whose outcome (whatever it is) does not lead to any form of salary review.
Depending on how you get in Capgemini in terms of salary, you might end up earning less than ppl at a lower level wrt you, just because salary is never reviewed.
No retention policy whatsoever.
If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would.
