We appreciate you sharing the positives from your experience with us. Your comments about security and training are important and we take them seriously. Safety in our stores is a priority and we continue to invest in our Safer Colleagues Safer Communities work. This includes encouraging colleagues to report any incidents or concerns straight away so we can respond quickly, as well as providing practical tools like body worn cameras, upgraded in store technology and clearer processes to help people feel more confident day to day. Your feedback on training is also helpful. We know colleagues feel more supported when training is consistent and easy to follow, and we are continuing to build this into how we welcome and develop new starters across stores. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Hearing honestly about both the positives and the challenges helps us keep improving for colleagues and customers.

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
