Please be assured that we take all feedback seriously; we’re always looking to improve life at Depop, and our senior leadership team are fully engaged in ensuring that observations like these are taken on board.
We work hard to nurture a supportive and collaborative culture, where everyone feels comfortable bringing their full selves to work, and where all voices are heard and valued. During the last few years we have focused particular attention on supporting our teams working remotely, and ensuring that clear support structures are in place to help anyone struggling with their wellbeing during a difficult period.
We’re also committed to being a workplace that champions everyone, and where ambitious and passionate individuals can thrive. We’ve grown a lot in the last few years, and alongside this we have brought more and more focus and resources into supporting and developing our people; this includes introducing comprehensive training for line managers and ensuring that our hiring practices - at every level - are fair, unbiased and represent a diverse funnel of candidates.
