Cons
Over 5 years and no raise, no promotions and little to no bonuses even though the branch has been extremely successful. Tried to get a raise, but was told I was outside my pay band. Tried to get a higher pay band but was then told no promotions were being given. Tried to get a salary adjustment but was told I deserve nothing for "doing my job". Also have to always shorten things because leadership does not want to read. The company just does the bare minimum for me now, paying so why should I go above and beyond for them still? I will no longer do that. I have proven my commitment to the company and now they need to prove their commitment to me. If I were to grade leadership, it would be F for FAIL. I will not even give them 1 star here. I will give either no starts or just 1. Overall rating is poor, along with all other aspects. I gave 1 star to overall rating because I had to mark something.
