      Pros

      There is good opportunity to learn from some very smart people.good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Company is very short sighted. Does not invest in the facilities or the people.The Equipment is outdated and pieced together from junk. Its all about getting the tests completed so we can charge the clients, whether it is done correctly or not.It is a quantity not quality culture.It is a good place to learn a few things and then move on.

      Pros

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
