      14 days AL End-of-year bonus 5 days work week

      Cons

      No work life balance, Do not expect 9:00-5:30 as stated on the contract, 2-2.5 hours of OT is almost guaranteed everyday, especially Monday. You are required to help colleagues with their workload if you finish early. Do not expect to take AL anywhere near public holiday. If your colleagues take AL on the same date as yours, your AL request will be denied because there is too much work. Below average base salary. Low OT bonus. Salary doesn't match responsibilities.

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
