Pros

None, no competitive salary or benefits.

Cons

Terrible management, they hire friends and then lean on seasoned employees to pick up the work after them. During my employment I witnessed multiple employees of 20+ years at the company leave. Not retire. Leave the company for a different company. Limited growth. No one at the Columbus branch knows how to train. So if it's your fist job out of college you will severely struggle. They won't work with you. Instead save their butt and fire you saying you were the problem. Putting a black mark on your resume. Management doesn't walk through to check in on things only sits in office or stays home to work from home while you do all the work.

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
