Terrible management, they hire friends and then lean on seasoned employees to pick up the work after them. During my employment I witnessed multiple employees of 20+ years at the company leave. Not retire.
Leave the company for a different company.
Limited growth.
No one at the Columbus branch knows how to train. So if it's your fist job out of college you will severely struggle. They won't work with you. Instead save their butt and fire you saying you were the problem. Putting a black mark on your resume.
Management doesn't walk through to check in on things only sits in office or stays home to work from home while you do all the work.
