No appreciation of staff or their hard work.
Unsociable hours.
Not paid for close downs. They often clock out your hours if you are closing and even if you still have to tidy up you are not being paid!!
No reference anymore - I worked there for over 2 years, one year I was the member of staff to make the most sales. I worked really hard to be told the manager cant give me a reference and only HR could do so. On this it would only say my length of service, nothing personal or about the attributes I brought to the role. This shows how poorly they view their staff.
