      Pros

      Great company and benefits, lots of knowledgeable people and ample contracts to keep things moving. Great source of 'breadth' knowledge

      Cons

      Little 'depth' knowledge. Very big projects often lead to time being wasted and allow unmotivated employees to continue working. Promotions do not seem to be based on contributions but rather time with the company.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
