Discrimination and bullying is not dealt with - Anonymous employee Mindshare Employee Review

Unfortunately Mindshare has very poor processes for dealing with any manager who bullies and discriminates (and this is not only a matter of shouting and bad language, but can be a hundred sly, discriminatory ways to undermine and demotivate a person) and anyone who raises issues about this is inevitably moved out of the door by a complicit HR department. I cannot, therefore, recommend anyone work for this company if they are not prepared to put up with this.
