The ICs are incredible and great to work with. There is a lot of room to create and make an impact.
Cons
There is absolutely no regard for employees wellbeing. It is quite obvious that the goal is to make short term gains vs long term success based on new leadership. New leadership cannot communicate what success is or plans past "what you are doing is wrong". There is such a high turn over of really lovely and great employees because they are treated so poorly. ICs are too scared of retaliation to speak up against these leaders, but if you spoke to each and everyone of them no can say anything positive towards them. There is also no diversity in leadership which is probably why there is such a toxic work environment.
