Pros

- Lot of learning opportunities if you are not scared to take responsabilities - You can meet and work closely to many valuable and talented colleagues. - Atmosphere in the HR department is overall good, you can be supported and many colleagues will be ready to give you an hand if needed. - Turnover is so high that you can grow very quickly within the Company

Cons

- The company doesn't care about employees. Working hard is not rewarded (I never received neither a 'thank you' for all those things that I have done and I was not supposed to do based on my job title). - Decision making process is long and frustrating. Every time that something needs to be done, you need the approval of someone, who needs the approval of someone else who then ignore emails, message and the result is that the problem still there, you can report it but nobody will do anything until the problem will become bigger and bigger. It is a very frustrating and unprofessional way to work. - They ignore any advices that you may provide. You can report an issue (also legal obligations), explain consequences and steps to solve it but management will not do anything until they will receive a fine or some inspections from local authorities.

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
