Pros
The opportunities at this company are limitless. When you start you have to grind and keep grinding but you have your teammates and leaders backing you up. Everyone is extremely supportive; it feels like a giant family. I've made more money at this company then I'd ever thought I would make in such a short period of time. Came shortly after college and while all my friends are stuck making 40-70K per year I make well over 6 figures. This is a Work hard Play harder Lifestyle. Yes, you need to put in the hours, but you make enough money to do whatever it is you want after. I thank TQL and my leaders for the opportunities given to me. This is a company where you can make your dreams come true.
Cons
Long hours, if your weak minded and a slacker you won't make it. Money doesn't just fall out of the sky. But if you want to come work hard put your head down and grind, it will feel as though you are printing money.
